As HR Generalist/Recruiter, you will help us improve our talent aquisition processes, interview candidates, support with activities at universities and job fairs. You will also be responsible to keeping our presence in social media channels and managing tools, such as our candidate tracking system and LinkedIn Reruiter, among others.

You will be on daily contact with hiring managers, supporting them during the recruitment process and provide feedback on candidates. You will also have an active role in event organization for talent acquisition.

As HR Generalist/Recruiter, during our hiring season, you can expect to focus your efforts on talent acquisition. During the low hiring season, you will have the chance to work and coordinate other HR projects, supporting colleagues on various coordination tasks, such as onboarding, wellbeing, retention strategy and talent management.

Most importantly, you will learn HR practices at a fast pace and work for one of the biggest consulting firms in the world!

What we are looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong desire to learn and good ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Is a truly social media savvy and enjoys the digital sphere.
• Stays up-to-date in trends and is not afraid of feedback.
• Is friendly to candidates and colleagues.
• Is open to trying new things and has a positive approach to challenges.
• Enjoys working with reports and data.
• Has good knowledge of English.
• Has some experience (1 year minimum) in HR, ideally in talent acquisiton.
• Is able to work with MS office and project management tools.
• Is keen on helping others and is a good team-player.
• Is not afraid of taking new challenges and exploring new skills.
• Is able to talk to people from different backgrounds and professional experience.
• Has performed job interviews and is able to support hiring managers with feedback on candidates.
• Is not afraid of administrative work and keeping up with existing processes.

Additional information:

• Type of contract: full-time employment contract (definite period)
• Salary: 1500 eur gross.
• Start Date: based on agreement.
