We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Junior Administrative Assistant to join our Workspace team!

As Junior Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, and you will be supporting our employees in welcoming visitors, preparing meetings and meeting rooms, and performing administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities
•Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment by providing support and offering refreshments.
•Organize the proper conditions in conference rooms and meeting rooms.
•Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
•Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
•Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
•Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail and office supplies.
•Maintain and order office supplies.
•Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation.
•Collaborate with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior colleagues.

What we are looking for in you?

We are looking for someone who:
•Is flexible, open-minded, and resilient to a changing environment.
•Has working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines, screens, coffee machine.
•Has good knowledge of MS Office.
•Has excellent time management skills.
•Pays attention to detail and has problem-solving skills.
•Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Has strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
•Is native Slovak speaker with good level of English (B2).
