Our company is seeking a proactive and skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our helpdesk team in delivering top-tier technical support across the organization. Responsibilities:
• Coordinating helpdesk activities related to IT projects as needed by management
• Acting as the primary contact for end-users and the Technology team for technical issues
• Managing incoming IT support tickets, prioritizing requests, and tracking team assignments
• Maintaining accurate inventory of software and hardware assets
• Overseeing Active Directory user management, group policies, and account setups
• Diagnosing and resolving desktop hardware and software issues
• Providing technical support and guidance to staff
• Addressing system and application failures to restore operations promptly
• Collaborating with IT management on identifying solutions to emerging user issues
Your experience includes:
• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong computer skills: MS Windows OS, MS Office, MS Active Directory
• Experience utilizing a IT ticketing system
• Customer service focus and good communication skills
• Ability to quickly diagnose and fix problems
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• English language – B2
